What are Real Estate Syndications?

Real estate syndication is the pooling of resources together to purchase a large real estate property, like an apartment complex. Syndications allow you to invest with other investors immediately. Instead of waiting to save to buy your own rental property.

Our role as a syndicator (General Partner) is to find the property, conduct exhaustive analysis, put together a business plan, deploy an on-the-ground management team, managing the finances, and ensure execution against the plan.

So what’s the catch? We need partners(Limited Partners) to invest with us in the deals we are securing. Investing as a Limited Partner means passive income to you. So it’s a win-win!

Investing in tangible assets means less volatility with the ever-changing market. Long Term investors receive quarterly cashflow, plus return on the initial investments after the property is sold.
